SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated in real-time. Charges are based on total package weight and the destination address. We do not use a one-charge fits all pricing policy. To calculate the cost of shipping, add an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the buy button underneath the item you are interested in. The item will be added to your shopping cart located on the right side of the screen. Underneath the shopping cart is an option to enter your zip code and it will calculate the cost of shipping.
Shipping Times: During most times of the year in-stock merchandise is shipped within 2 business days from the time you placed your order. However, during the holiday season (November & December) it may take longer for orders to be processed. Items that are not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them. Your selected method of shipment (next day air, for example) does not guarantee your delivery window. All shipment methods exclude processing time.
Item Grouping: In most cases all of the items in stock will be shipped at one time. However, if an item is out of stock, we will ship the merchandise that is in-stock in order to provide you with the most efficient service. The rest of the order will be shipped as soon as it is received at no additional cost to you. Backordered items will not be charged until they are ready to ship. Backorders that cannot be filled with in 30 days will be canceled.
Damaged Merchandise: In the event that your purchase was damaged in transit, please report the damage to UPS within 2 days of receiving the package. You may contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Do not return merchandise to Steve's Original if it was damaged in transit, as UPS policy requires that all damage claims must be made by the recipient. If your merchandise is defective, please contact Steve's Original customer care and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
Liability for gift items: Steve's Original will not be held accountable for problems that arise due to specific shipping requirements, such as gift items or purchases with sensitive deadlines. Selecting the next-day shipping option when placing your order DOES NOT GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. This means that when your order is processed, it will be sent using the shipper's next day shipping option. While normal order processing times are generally less than 48 hours, this is not a guarantee.
Placing Orders
Ordering items from Steve's Original online is safe, secure and simple. Every product page contains a "Add to cart" button that will place that item to your shopping cart. Simply click the button, and the item will be held in your cart until you are ready to check-out. Whenever you are ready to check out, simply press the "cart" or "checkout" button on the current page. There you will be able to complete your order by removing any unwanted items, and by providing shipping and payment information.
After check out, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24 hours. You will receive a second email with order tracking information when your order has been shipped by our Customer Care Team. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.
